I am a frontline support engineer at Intermountain Health Care. Among the platforms I troubleshoot are:

We use Dell OptiPlex GX1 Pentium III 450MHz desktop PCs and Dell UltraScan 1600HS 21" color monitors.

We use HEAT (HelpDesk Expert Automation Tool) by Bendata for our support call tracking. A shameless plug for my company: I love my job!
