Dan's Computer Artwork
These were created entirely with Microsoft Paintbrush in Windows 3.1, with the exception of the Novell graphic, which was created with LView Pro 1.D2. Feel free to use any of them if you like; I would appreciate it if you would give proper credit. Let me know if you like any of these!
- XF-100A Firehawk (5K, 590x374): Created with Windows95 Paint program in October, 1999 for my son Landen. Check out his airplane page while you're here!
- edslogox.gif (179K, 1664x1146): A monochromatic wallpaper based on the EDS logo. I worked there from 1992 to 1995. Check out the pictures of the Earth and other assorted celestial objects. I created them one pixel at a time in 'zoom' mode! Also note the reference in the lower left corner to Isaiah 48:13.
- novell2.jpg (180K, 640x480): I took a Novell bitmap, ran it through the Smooth Filter in LView Pro and "spaced it out" using images of the Earth, Moon, Saturn, Betelgeuse, Eta Carinae, and the Pleiades.
- temp2.jpg (8K, 371x337): For some reason I thought the EDS logo was just cool-looking. This is just my rendition of the standard EDS logo.
- firslog.jpg (9K, 317x241): This is a First Health logo I made while I worked there (mid-1995 to early 1997).
- pumpkin.jpg (39K, 422x438)
- happy.jpg (67K, 520x396): This was made at the behest of an EDS co-worker who wanted a background that would brighten her particularly dreary day. I made it to her specs; I find it a bit sappy, but whatever works...
- brick.jpg (11K, 256x126): I created this to be a tiled wallpaper for a monochrome monitor.
- cube.jpg (3K, 72x176): This is another tiled wallpaper for a monochrome monitor that makes a cool optical illusion effect.
