  • SUPRO 670 is an isolated soy protein that is bland in flavor and exhibits good dispersibility and suspension properties, a smooth mouthfeel and low viscosity. SUPRO 670 also offers excellent nutritional properties.

    SUPRO 670 is recommended for dry blended systems, including dry mix soups, dry blended beverages, weight loss beverages, protein supplements and other dietary supplements. SUPRO 670 can also be used as a partial casein replacer in imitation cheese, and as a protein source in food bars.

    The essential amino acid pattern of SUPRO 670 meets or exceeds the "Amino Acid Requirement Patterns" for children and adults as published in the Food and Nutrition Board's Recommended Dietary Allowances, 10th Edition, 1989, as well as the "Suggested Patterns of Requirements" for children and adults as published in the World Heath Organization's "Energy and Protein Requirements," Technical Report Series 724, 1985.
